FAQ for Participants

Presentations will take place on Zoom, and they will be made available on YouTube to be watched simultaneously.

No, participation is free of charge.

Registration to the symposium is not compulsory. However, registration is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of attendance to the symposium.

  1. Please use the registration menu or click the link to access the registration form: link for registration
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. Symposium participation links will be sent to your e-mail addresses used for registration.
  4. All symposium sessions will also be broadcast live on the Gazi University YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/@GaziUniversitesi1926).

Yes, certificates of participation will be sent to the participants one week after the end of the symposium. 
  • Registration is mandatory to receive a symposium participation certificate.
  • The usernames you use to enter the Zoom sessions must be the same as the names you specified in the registration form.
  • Those who wish to access their symposium participation certificates through the e-government system must fill out all the information in the registration form (including TC ID and date of birth) completely.

Presentation time will be 30 minutes for each speaker.

Some of the presentations will be translated from English to Turkish.

There will be two or more speakers in each session.

Yes, participants who wish can ask questions to the speakers.
